i finally achieved one of my life goals.
and that is to donate blood.

i have to admit, i'm dead afraid of the needles and the pain. But dunno why i went through with it. almost seems surreal.

and the nurses, doctors there were very professional pls! hahaha, especially when i was feeling slightly giddy. hahaha. but i'm fine fine now. even though my hand still feels abit funny today. HAHAHA.

i am such a sinner.
which daughter forgets her father's birthday?
i'm so gonna burn in hell when i die.

Yesterday was my daddy's birthday. and i only realised it after i was woken up by a phonecall from cheryl at 12!
OMG. i almost went crazy.
especially when i was too gonna be so late when i was supposed to meet the rest at 1.

anyway, i left at 4, after joyce briefed them about the cip, to chiong back to heartland to get a birthday cake.Thank goodness, jolyn went to pick up my daddy's birthday present. Luckily we made it all in time. WHEW!

nice excellent dinner. super yummy!

the present was a wallet. very nice, compared to the ragged old woren out one he bought eons ago. (= the wrapping is excellent right! thanks to me!

i sorry to say there's no picture of the cake cause i kinda forgot to talk it amidst all the eating. HAHAHA.

anyway, i've sent out my resume to Starhub, and i so didn't know writing a resume was so tough pls! hahaha. but ohhwells, lets wait and see whether i get the job bah.

mind's bursting with info.

which odd to be a good thing, considering my mind's been decomposing since the alevels.
but at times like this, i'll say it has become more like a mess.

i think i pretty much know the history and lives of all the prophets and kings of the bible now. but i still have no clue to what way i am gonna conduct the lesson- since we have to be (i quote) "less activity-based" and "more faith teaching". sheesh.

ohhwells. i'll just try my best to make it fun and educating, and pray to god that by the end of the lesson, all the kids are still awake.

ran an errand for fabian today. one that required me to wake up earlier than i'm actually used to. Hahahaha. cheryl and i both totally agree that it's very pretty. AND we also agreed that we deserved a treat from him. (=

i'm too tired to re-type my profile for my new blogskin.
lazy lazy me.

i found a nicer blogskin actually.
but the format was too far off left.
not very nice.

so this was the alternative.

just came back from running with daddy and jolyn. so satisfying but drop dead exhausted please.

alright.
not completely running throughout, but i did run at least half the journey, and thats a start. hahaha. haven't ran so freaking much since like pe in cj. hahaha.

when to try out the exercise corners too! very fun! tried the plastic (old folks) one, which was kinda too unstable for my liking, even though it had more fun equipment. the normal one, which was definately more stable but had boring normal stuff, like the sit-up benches only. blah blah. HAHAHA.
so ultimately: unsuccessful

jolyn and i ended up playing on the swings and the three-seater rocking horse. didn't dare try the children slides for fear i might collapse the entire thing. (=

i'm going for shower now, then i can get to work on this sunday cat class lesson. printed 9 full pages of chimchim info, and have to compress it all into an hour's worth of educating info/activity that the sec 1 kids can comprehend. ~~shit.~~

CNY has come and gone.
and quite a few hectic days i might add.

had T7 reunion lunch @Fish&Co !
though technically T7 is inappropriate, more of "most of the T7 girls and 2 guys" HAHAHA. it's always nice to lunch with the girls! full of gossip and laughter, and then when xianyao and fabian came, army talk started.

Reunion dinner
what can i say: annual social affair.

but cam-whoring is definately necessary. (=

CNY Day itself
went to IHM for CNY mass. mummy totally took advantage of my big bag and placed like 6 oranges in it! sheesh. i was practically selling oranges!

anyway, visiting is always fun.
especially the first stop:
my grandma's house!
cause she prepares the yummiest food to stuff us full for the rest of the day. (=

then more homes, and more homes.
means more income and more income! SMILES.

last stop of the day:
family dinner of relatives from mummy's side
no television means total boredom.
but dinner was good.
wine was unknowingly passed to us kids there, thanks to daddy!
sudden urge to start singing after though.

2nd day of CNY @ aunt's house.
today was family gathering from daddy's side!

daddy went at 9am to play majong. but mummy and i decided to only go over after lunch, while ms jolyn decided to go visit her friends aka deserting us.

i was thus left to watch cable by myself as everyone there was either playing majong or watching the others play majong. and everyone was above 30, and so conversation was minimal. So, disney channel's Chicken Little movie entertained me for most half of the afternoon.

after which this ultra cute doggie came!

packs a mean (and loud) bark, but she's a sweet thing!
very playful and pretty.
it's so interesting looking at her prancing around.

then there's baby keagan!
omg he's cute! and so small too, even though he's already 2 years old. he is definately the prettiest baby i've met in my life!

i so wanted to kidnap him home.

grammys was today!
and i totally woke up too late for it!
missed like 1 and a half hour of it! sheesh!
